Employment Opportunities
There are two ways to come into employment with Belli Capelli as a Service Provider:
1. The Associate Program: This program is designed for a specific period of time in which a recent cosmetology school graduate is paid during their training under the supervision of their instructor. All skill levels are learned and then tested out by the Associate before advancing to the next skill level. Upon completion of this program, the Associate is presented as a Level One Stylist. Please call to speak to an owner/instructor regarding availability of an opening within the Associate Program.
2. Experienced Service Provider: If you are looking to make a change from where you are currently working, you may submit a resume in person to the Front Desk Coordinator. You will then receive a phone call from an owner to set up an interview time. We look for energetic, flexible, positive, mature, team-oriented, responsible people who are serious about their craft and who want to contribute talent and character to an already upbeat and positive environment. We want team members who want to impact people's lives in an optimistic fashion every day...people who want to make a difference!

A 32-hour workweek is considered full-time at Belli Capelli. We encourage full-time hours so the Service Provider will always feel, and be part of things! Part-time is anything below 32 hours. Be prepared to be able to work evenings and Saturdays. We are not open on Sundays.
